To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
• Proof of purchase/order details may be required.

Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized products, used or washed T-shirts, and items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
